Please note that there can be no ticket refunds or exchanges even in the event of inclement weather. All performances are subject to postponement, delay or cancellations due to severe weather conditions. Please visit the weather announcements tab located on our homepage.

Lost, Stolen & Other Ticket Problems

If your tickets have been lost, stolen or were never received, please contact the Stranahan box office at 419-381-8851, or visit them at 4645 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the reserved seating or around the General Admission areas. Guests may only smoke in designated areas around the Centennial Terrace.

Any type of banner and/or sign must be approved by Centennial Terrace Management. Guests may return any unauthorized banner or sign to their vehicle.

Absolutely no outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the Centennial Terrace.

Some artists do allow fans to bring in cameras and/or recording equipment. Most do not. This decision is made by each individual performer, not by Centennial Terrace.

Unfortunately, no. Due to security issues, once you are past the entry gates and your ticket has been scanned/stubbed, you cannot leave the show and re-enter. Re-entry is only permitted in weather-related or medical emergencies.

Up to 3,500 people can be in the Centennial Terrace. There is no bad seat in the venue.

Generally, yes. However, open alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the parking lots. Open flames and charcoal grills are also prohibited.

There is (1) ATM machine located next to the main concession stand.

All lost and found will be handled by the Operations Manager. If you have lost something please call (419) 885-7106. Please report a lost item to one of our Event Team members. If you feel you have left an item behind while attending one of our events, please call 419-882-1500.

National concerts are rain or shine events. Should an event be changed or postponed due to weather conditions, announcements will be made on the website, or you can call (419) 885-7106 for a recorded message.

For all concerts, $5.00 per car. There are numerous places to park. The main parking lot located on Centennial Terrace property holds 430 vehicles. There are also fee-based lots adjacent to the property.

For most shows the gates open 90 minutes prior to show time.

The use of traditional “fold out” / “pop up” / “bag type” chairs is permitted. We strongly recommend a standard size, single “bag” pop-up chair. Chairs with foot rest, canopies, side tables, and other extras are not permitted. CT Management reserves the right to decline entrance to patrons with chairs that are too big. All chairs that are stored in a bag are subject to search.

Guests may bring their own chairs please see chair policy for specifics. There will be no umbrellas allowed into the Centennial Terrace. There are ponchos for purchase at every Food and Beverage outlet. Restricted Items include:

Centennial Terrace rules are subject to change. For General information call (419) 882-1500. For your safety and the safety of other guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as condition of admittance.

National concert tickets may be purchased at etix.com, or calling Stranahan Box Office at (419) 381-8851. The Centennial Terrace box office is only open one hour prior to the doors opening for an event.
For Sylvania Recreation promoted events, tickets may be purchased on etix.com.

Although the promoter of some shows may have different policies, generally children 2 year of age do not need a ticket. They are required to sit on the lap of the adult and to not interfere with someone else’s seat.

Accessible seating is located next to the reserved section. Guests with disabilities may bring their own equipment for their needs.

All tickets will be on site one hour prior to doors opening. If you purchased tickets for a national concert and would like to pick them up a day before the show, tickets will be located at:

All guests entering through the gates must present a valid ticket as a means of admission into all events. Ticket scalping on Centennial Terrace property is strictly prohibited.

The Centennial Terrace will not permit vending, soliciting or collecting contributions of any purpose, or the distribution of promotional material on the premises.

There will be no umbrellas allowed into the Centennial Terrace. There are ponchos for purchase at every satellite bar and concession stand outlet.
